Special terms for orders with multiple items :

Procedure :

1. Internal proof printing (IPP) of 2 copies
2. Checking of the proof reference and, if necessary, corrections are done
3. Production and finishing of all copies
4. Gathering of all copies
5. Quality control of the printing and finishing of each individual book and comparison with the reference samples.
6. Tailor-made wrapping and packaging.
7. Track & Trace shipping with UPS and sign-on-receipt delivery.

Turnover :

Your order is important to us and we endeavour to complete it in the best possible time. However, in order to keep the quality level we demand and you expect, please accept that it can take up to 2 weeks between the day you confirm your order and its delivery

Order tracking and delivery :

You can follow the production of your order online through the Foto.com website. You will receive an email to confirm when it is shipped.

Please choose the shipping address with care as most of our deliveries are done during the normal working day. So ensure you or someone you trust will be available to receive it. You can also contact UPS by phone and arrange delivery at a time that's most convenient for you.
